What are Google Ads?
  • Till the year 2018 Google Ads platform was known as Google Adwords. 
  • But in the year 2018, It has been changed to Google Ads.
  • Google Ads is a service by Google for businesses or new startup who want to display ads on Google and its partners' programs(Youtube, Android, etc).
  • As we know, SEO is a long term process that gives organic results after some duration of time but Google Ads is an immediate results platform that gives you results in a day or two.
  • Ads at the top ads that appear under the heading "Sponsored Links" found on the right-hand side or above Google search results.   
  • There are 70% chances to get click on Ads when a person is looking to buy an item.
  • 90% of traffic is not organic when you are running your ads.   


Types of Google Ads-

1. Search/Leads Ads-


  • The main target is to increase sales and generate leads.
  • Commonly used by eCommerce sites and websites that want to drive more and more traffic.
  • Main platform- Google Search Engine.



2. Display Ads-


  • The main target is to increase sales and generate leads but through some images or videos.
  • Main platform- Youtube or any other website that has Google AdSense account. 







3. App promotion Ads-

  • As the name suggests, its main target is to promote your app on the Google Play Store or Apple app store platforms.
